Went and saw my trainer for the first time in about a month.  He kicked my ass and I loved it!  Got my spray tan on and the house clean… so I have the rest of the afternoon to fuck off.  I’m ganna take a long walk around the lake, get a little sun and fresh air.  Have to take advantage of the nice weather when I can.  Going to make some banana bread when I get back.  Then Brett and I are going out for Italian tonight.  Think I’m ganna order the scallops, been craving them for a while.

Hi Guys,   How’s it going?  Wanted to thank those of you who came to my cam show last night.  It was the perfect way to get my night going.  Not many of you showed up but THANK YOU VERY MUCH to those who did.

Had a busy day running errands, it was nice to get out of the house.  I have been a bit of a shut in, at least during the day time.  Me no likey to drive in the snow and ice.   I got alot done today and it felt really good.  Like I accomplished something.

Brett and I are going out on a date tonight.  Dinner with no friends!  It is a shocker but yeah Brett and I can spend sometime out of the house alone.  Not much but it is good once in a while.  He’s been working really hard so we need some time to catch up and just have some fun together.

Hiya Guys, How is it going for ya so far this week?  My week is off to a good start.  I have already started to work on this weeks movie update.  It is a hot threesome video, think you’re really ganna like it.  I know I had a lot of fun making it.

I have a cam show scheduled for 7 eastern today. Will I see you there?   If you want to make me soo happy you’ll be there.

Going to get a little more work done and then head upstairs to get a workout in.  Some day it will be summer around here.

Hola Guys,  Another busy day around here.  It was nice of Brett to make me tacos for lunch so I could finish up my work.  Had a lot of catching up to do from my vacation.  Spent the morning editing pictures for tomorrows update.  You are ready for another update aren’t you?

It is snowing today… oh how I miss Mexico.  Already tried to get Brett to take a trip to Vegas with me but he said it’s not warm there either.  I’m so over winter.  Closed all my window blinds and turned the lights on bright.  I am faking myself out to thinking it is nice and shiny warm out.

Just wrapping up my day on the PC.  My butt feels flat from sitting here all day.  Need to jump on my eliptical and get my heart pumping.  Then I do some squats, jumps and lunges to inflate my booty.  It is almost swim suit season ya know.

Today is FAT TUESDAY – Happy Mardi Gras!

We are going to a Mardi Gras party and then a parade.  I just found this out last night as I thought I was going to have a few days to detox from Mexico but ya know the party must go on. Hopefully I can get on one of the floats so I can throw the beads.

I have a lot to do before the party starts so I need to get going.  Have the gym, nails and grocers to go to… need some fruit and veggies.

Good Evening Guys, I had a busy day getting back on track from my vacation.  Got a new video of me and two of my girlfriends posted for you today.  I posted that on my twitter but just in case you missed that be sure to check out the newest update.

I didn’t do a formal workout the whole time I was gone so it felt good to hit the gym this afternoon.  Did an hour of cardio and then abs.  Chilled in the sauna after that.

Got all unpacked and laundry done.  Now it’s time for dinner already.  The day really flew by.

I’ll chat with you more tomorrow.  I am still exhausted so it’s going to be an early night here.

Good Morning!  It is another beautiful day in the lovely Puerto Vallarta.  Just got out of the shower and waiting for a friend so we can walk to the beach and grab a bite to eat.  It has been great chillaxing for these couple of weeks.  I have really enjoyed it.  Haven’t really done a damn thing productive not even one workout.  I have been partying and dancing my booty off though.

Just a couple more days and I will be back to the cold burr so cold freezing cold.  YUCK

Don’t want to think about it and since I only have two days left I best get off this silly PC and get out in the real world.

Hi Guys! The party boat was so much fun. I participated in a musical chairs/ scavenger hunt game and I freaking WON! what did I win… nothing… just the satisfaction of being a winner. lol

They dropped us off way down at the marina after the cruise so we got on a city bus for a little adventure. I don’t think it really got us any closer to home though cause I know we stopped at a lot of bars on our long walk home. Got VIP at two of them and danced our asses off.

Think we are going to chillax and have a BBQ this afternoon. Don’t know for sure though cause if something funner comes up that is what I’m doing!

Having a fantastic time. If not for Brett and little Itty I mighty just lose my ticket back to the US.

Ganna go get some fruit and a drink… haven’t had soda except for in a few drinks. They don’t have Diet Dew and really do not like dark soda at all. Good way to break my bad little habit.

Good Morning Guys!  We are going out on a booze cruise, snorkeling tour today.  Can’t wait to get out in the bay.  Hopefully we will see same whales.  They are down here breading so it’s a pretty good chance we will get to see one or two.  Have my fingers crossed.

Good Morning!  I posted some pics this morning on my tweet phoot page.  You can get to it via my twits: www.twitter.com/SammyTyler  I am still having trouble updating my twitter with txt.  I can do everything else but that… and it works once in a while but usually it just acts like it is going to post and then it never does.  Whateva!!

Have made a lot of friends down here.  Makes it so much fun when we walk in to places and everyone knows us.  And of course they want to get us drunk!  Which means we have gotten a lot of free drinks.  hehe  Helps that I did a lap dance for a girls birthday the first day we got here.  The straight boys working in the gay bar really liked that.

I am craving a ham sandwich for lunch.  I have some ham in the fridge but no bread.  Shall I head to the grocer??? Naw, I’m heading to a restaurant.  Time for me to get off this pc and get outside and explore some more of Puerto Vallarta!

Oh` how were the super bowl commercials?  Any really funny ones?
